Call for Papers: Systems Biology and Network Analysis at PSB 2026

We’re excited to share the Call for Papers and Posters for the Systems Biology and Network Analysis session at the Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing (PSB) 2026, taking place from January 3–7, 2026 at the beautiful Fairmont Orchid Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.

🔬 Session Theme: From Multi-omics Integration to Biological Mechanisms

This session will explore state-of-the-art computational approaches for understanding biological systems at a systems level. By integrating multi-omics data, we aim to uncover the intricate interactions that govern disease, development, and other complex processes.

Researchers are invited to present innovative work related to:

  • Gene regulatory network inference
  • Metabolic pathway modeling
  • Multi-omics data integration
  • Bridging molecular to tissue-level biological scales
  • AI/ML for network biology and hypothesis generation
  • Network-based drug repurposing and combination therapies
  • Single-cell and spatial transcriptomics
  • Graph neural networks in biology
  • Time-resolved and dynamic network modeling
  • Non-biological networks modeling biological/behavioral phenomena

🧠 Why Submit?

This is your chance to showcase your cutting-edge work at one of the most interdisciplinary and scenic venues in computational biology. The session bridges traditional systems biology with AI, ML, and precision medicine, creating space for meaningful collaboration and discovery.

Accepted papers will be:

  • Peer-reviewed and archival
  • Published as Open Access
  • Indexed in PubMed and Google Scholar
  • Citable in CVs, grant reports, and more

📅 Key Dates
